Product Reviews
Excellent tires. Good for track days, predictable with good heat characteristics. Very communicative near the limit. Sidewall feels a bit soft which is where it loses points in steering response. However, ride quality is better than OEM RE050s. Definitely highly recommended.
Other than a full race tire, this is the best shoe I've ever had on my car. The feeling of security you get from these are unbelievable. Most predictable tire ever with a wonderful feedback. And of course they stink in the snow - they are high performance summer tires.
So far, a great tire at at great price.
This is by far the best tire I have ever owned. The price was about $1,400 but well worth it. This tire is a tad better than the Michelin super sports and the ride is great.
The best way to describe these tires in one word is glue. Right out of the garage (where installed) they give you a sense of being glued to the road.I've owned a few different tires that were supposed to provide this performance level at cheaper prices but it was worth the extra $$$ to get this kind of traction and performance.
What a difference.Ride quality feels like you went from summer to all season, but grip feels like you went from all season to summer. Tires are silent on the highway.GREAT JOB BRIDGESTONE!!!!!!!!!!
These tires were everything I needed them to be. A vast improvedment over last year's run with the all season ultra high performance tires. These S-O4 pole position tires were quite, stickey, and performed when I needed them.
Best set of tires I have ever owned, much better wet traction than the oem, with equal stability in the turns. Tire is quite cursing at 80+mph. This is a performance tire and ride is according, but acceptable.
I immediately noticed the tire has a ton of dry grip, and its amazingly quiet. The car "seems" more planted, and in yesterday's rain performed light-years ahead of the OEM tires.
I read about the S-04's and decided to try them. I was quite surprised by the great handling, steering response, low noise and especially great wet traction performance.By far the best tire I have ever had!I will be a repeat customer for my next set.
Replaced old OEM Continentals with these, and was amazed at the result. Fantastic street tire with excellent grip, low noise, very good steering response. Very pleased with the purchase and recommend them for performance ranges of aggresive down to mild. A nice alternative to wearing track tires on the street.
